Potentially a stupid question but I need the clarification.


I've been doing IF (16:8) for about 2 and a half weeks now and have already dropped 10 lbs which I am very pleased to see. Before starting I had looked at my caloric intake to lose weight (without IF) and I should be around 1900-2000 calories per day. So i've been combining lower calories with IF.I suppose my question is: For IF to work SHOULD I be combining a caloric deficit with IF or does it work the same if I eat the "maintenance" amount of calories (around 2600) while doing it? via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2vkOk0w https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
