I need a good plan! I usually eat fairly healthy, tons of nutrient dense foods and plenty of water with some bad habits sprinkled in.. but I've been on several vacations this summer and I'm wrapping up the last few days in Key West and then back to saving up for next summer.

I want to do a reset for several days when I get home because I feel so bloated and crappy from all the "I'm on vacation" bad eating I've been doing.

Anyone have a go to "lazy" cleanse they use to reset. Looking for foods and drinks, not a bunch of supplements or anything like that.
