M/31/5'9" [365lbs > 180lbs = 185lbs] (44.5 months) Could barely walk the stairs before and had stopped caring about myself. Today I'm training for a half marathon and am less than half the person I used to be. Let's get ready for 2019 and keep grinding xp!

M/41/6'1" [542>484=58] week 21 (-4) How much time did I waste this year and further along could I be? That's old thinking that used to haunt me at New Year's. Today... I let go of yesterday. Today... I focus on health gains one day at a time. Today... I don't stress about tomorrow. Choose life!

M/29/6’1” [343lb > 233lb = 110lb] Went from binge eating and intense depression, to powerlifting and therapy.

F/46/4'11 [175>117=58] (6 months) Had enough and decided to do CICO. Here's to a Happy New Year!

IF but still eat the same foods

F/24/5’4” [137.2 > 139 = 1.8] (17 hours) A friendly reminder that social media is bullshit! The photo on the left was just after I woke up, the right was after the day, 1700 calories and nearly 100oz of water. This new year’s I vow to stop comparing my right with my fitness idols’ left.

One year apart, keto since March and added IF in the summer. Down 42#. Face gains. Slow and steady wins the race!

M/31/5'6" [306 > 236](12 months) Jan 1st -> Dec 31st

Do I have to do 16:8 everyday of the week, or is it still effective if I do it six days a week?

It’s ok I’ll make it another 15 hours
