Cardiologist was a big fan of IF

I had a checkup at a cardiologist and not only did he give me a clean bill of health, he was very positive about IF. Finally a doctor that was. My GP didn’t really know about it. After loosing 25kg, getting off my high blood pressure medication, not needing my CPAP machine anymore and having near perfect bloodwork, they didn’t have a choice but to admit IF had its merits.Anyway, the cardiologist also told me that the reason my cholestorol was so good was also because of IF. Something to do with the liver being depleted every day, didn’t remember the details exactly. IF can go a long way to keeping your heart healthy.Anyway, no real question, just wanted to share some experiences I’ve had and finally getting some local medical validation. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2TtcioB https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
