“Have you lost weight?”, “You look great today!” - two unsolicited comments from coworkers this week.


People are noticing. I’m feeling better, more confident, my clothes fit better, and in general my mood has improved. My personal confidence has even improved and I told a toxic person in my life I didn’t appreciate how she’s been treating me. Her response of hostility and neglect only reaffirmed by decision.I struggle now and then, and even fail my IF occasionally. The key for me is not to stress at weakness or judge myself; accept the momentary set backs and move forward. Comments like above make it all worth it!You’re a great community and changing my life!
