For the past year, I have been eating a "health" shake daily for lunch and I am wondering if it is actually healthy? Is there anything I should remove or add? I am not trying to lose or gain weight, just trying to eat the most nutrient dense + tasty shake I possibly can.

The ingredients are as follows: 1 cup kale, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup mixed berries, 1 cup pineapples, 1 cup mangos, 4 bananas, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup coconut milk, 1tbsp flaxseed oil, 1tbsp avocado oil, 1tbsp olive oil, 1 scoop pea-protein powder (20g protein), 1 scoop "greens" powder, 1/2 cup rolled oats.
