Skyr and Quark are fantastic protein fitness products. Casein has 80% Casein (slow digestible) and 20% Whey (fast digestible) ratio ( see here#Production)). But i didn't found the ratio of Skyr.
Does somebody know the casein whey ratio of skyr (and can maybe provide a backing source)?
