I used to drink white tea first thing every morning but I want to cut off caffeine. A lot of people have really interesting drinks they prepare every day, using various herbs, roots and leafs etc with multiple health benefits.

I have in mind tumeric, ginger, and lime/lemon juice. What else should I consider?
