F/27/5'7 [210 > 138 = 72lbs] May 2018 and January 2019, posting for support and a reminder I can do this again. I gained a lot of weight back and am currently at 180lbs

F/25/5’4” [130lbs > 145lbs = 15lbs gain] 6 months of heavy lifting after struggling with a broken back

F/29/5'4" [220lbs > 125lbs = 95lbs] my 30s will be what my 20s could have been

106 days on 18:6 IF 31 M SW 305 CW 268 GW 210. If I can do this anyone can. I'm still eating all the bad for me food I ate before with no additional exercise. Even still eating fast food for work lunches most days. You don't have to eat like a rabbit to lose weight with IF.

M/22/175cm [55kg > 59kg = 4kg gained] Six months of boxing and hitting the gym, Ready to gain more and more.

F/25/5ft3 [185 > 135 = 50lb] I sometimes still see the girl on the left in the mirror; it can be good to see how far you’ve truly come.

Favorite packed lunch, lean curds + a tablespoon of greek yogurt + teaspoon dijon mustard and pepper and whole mess of veggies, just mix it all up and eat with a spoon. Bit of a protein bomb :) https://ift.tt/36fx5iV

F/22/5’7 [189 > 152 = 37 lbs] about 2 months between photos with progress really starting a month in. Healthy. Steady. Progress :)

F/31/5’7” [170>125=45lbs] Quit drinking alcohol & started running regularly again

Advantages and Health Benefits of Homemade Food https://ift.tt/2C4tYMB

178 —> 153 with 3 months of IF, cardio, and lifting. And mostly importantly, I feel my mental health improving significantly, and I’m starting to feel confident around girls now

F/24/5’4” [225lbs > 150lbs = 75lbs] Finally starting to look on the outside how I feel on the inside.

F/29/5'5" [285lbs > 208lbs = 77lbs] (6 months) Got married on Saturday 10/26 and can honestly say I didn't care about my weight that day, but I wanted to share my progress from the day I bought the dress to my final fitting, 2 days before the wedding. Dress taken in 4 sizes by my amazing grandmother

Yesterdays chili, just happens to be vegan chili, baked tofu and onions on top. :) https://ift.tt/2otqyQq

M/29/5'6" [278 > 159r = 119] (30 months) First ever Reddit Post! Have been under 170 for over a year, Mostly low carb diet - lean meat and veg and gym 5-7 days a week consisting of strength training and HIIT. Decided I needed to fix my health before 30 to escape long term effects.

M/29/5'5" [330lbs > 180lbs = 150lbs] (2 years) My goal was to be under 200lbs for my wedding, and I actually got down to 168! Gained a few pounds since but feeling good.

Stir fry! Chicken, broccoli, onion, red pepper, bean sprouts, and Costco’s “Healthy Noodles.” Topped with green onion and sesame seeds, flavored with ginger, red chili paste, and soy & fish sauces 😋 https://ift.tt/2oCBWK4

is there a more interesting way to incorporate veggies? https://ift.tt/eA8V8J

As a rather new faster, I feel this to my core 😂

Thanks to IF and semi-regular exercise, I'm now back to my weight two years ago! Pic 1 is from two years, pic 2 is in July, and 3 is from tonight!

Visualise nutritional values in over 200 whole foods. https://ift.tt/2XBlytE

F/46/5’9” [290lbs > 213lbs = 77lbs] (8 months) - Not done yet... still need to maintain focus & lose at least another 30 pounds, but definitely saw some ‘progress’ in this month’s comparison pics and was finally ready to share with others still in the midst of their journeys too.

Hit 165 lbs this week!! 3 week difference of continuous 16:8 & 18:6 fasting paired with light exercise 3-4x a week for 30 mins. I’m down 20 lbs and I won’t stop til I reach my goals! IF is officially more addicting than food.
