Basically I'm intermittent fasting with a feeding window where I ONLY eat..... Walmart rotisserie chicken.

I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks now and it's working! I'm really losing weight at a pretty fast pace and I get to pig out on an ENTIRE delicious rotisserie chicken every day!

I've had people warn me though that my cholesterol will skyrocket if I keep it up though and I should worry about that.

Just wondering what people here would think about my crazy new diet idea that is obviously working very quickly and effectively.
