M/28/5'4 [185>150=35 12 months] just changing some eating habits & exercising more frequently, I know it's not a lot of weight loss but everyone around has really notice it and I'm feeling more confident.

2 Months of 18:6, 2 days of Lifting, 2 days of Cardio, one day of full body AMRAP workout schedule. I gotta be honest, I’m feeling discouraged and down but I need to keep going, and find my true former self under the rubble. SW 168lbs, CW 166.2lbs.

F/28/5’6 [190-145= 45] A difference of about 2 years and nearly 50 lbs. I’ve lost the same weight a couple of times since then but currently at my lowest with CICO and C25K. Another 10-20 lbs more to go until my final goal. I’ll see as I get closer what I am comfortable with.
