F/29/5'5 [194 - 140] 6 years apart. Gained 30 back after a death in my family 3 years ago and lost it again. Lots of weight lifting, running and finally taking care of my mental health. Was recently diagnosed with PTSD. Im finally taking care of all parts of my health.
