Hi,

I've been wondering what to eat when I'm feeling peckish. I follow a plant-based diet and I exercise a fair bit (currently 4 running sessions and 2 core muscle workouts per week). I have another ~3 kg to lose before I reach my weight goal (I'm ~73 kg for 178 cm, I'd like to be at ~70 kg).

I was having nuts when feeling hungry in the afternoon or in the evening/night. I felt that was a bit too rich, so I've been switching to dried fruits. But I'm now wondering, is that a good move? What other comfort food would you recommend? Would say carrots/peppers with hummus be preferable?
