Lost 10 lbs. 1.5 months into IF 16:8! Things I’ve learned thus far:

F/31/5’3” [202 lbs > 139 lbs = 63 lbs] 4 years apart to the day. I was already 120 lbs down in the before photo. My flexibility still isn’t great but I am much stronger than I was before! HW:322 LW:129

F/27/4’11 [140 > 120 = 20lbs] 12 Months. A bad depressive episode led me to gain around 7 lbs so i’m back to 120, however i am still incredibly proud of my progress!

M/29/5’9” [167>152=15lbs] (2 months) I stopped drinking and started intermittent fasting. Feeling motivated and ready to work towards my next progress pic!

3 Months 16:8. I don’t deserve nearly as much credit as many others on here, but want to say IF is VERY effective! Keep pushing!!!

M/27/6’0” [300 lbs > 200 lbs] (4 years) Took about 2 years to get down to 200, I’ve stayed around 200 for the last two years trying to recomp.

A trick I use to not be discouraged when losing only a pound or two a week.

F/35/5'4 [324>264.7=59.3] Almost down 60 pounds and really happy with how my face has changed!

Celebrating 4 years of maintence after 55 lbs lost! 16:8 while losing, and now I have tapered off to 16:8 about three times a week + daily walks and a weekly hike!

f/36/5'8 [200lbs>150] (6 months) 6 months Postpartum overcame long lasting postpartum preeclampsia, major blood loss, and got blood pressure and blood sugars back to normal despite bad joint pain and while eating enough to support breast feeding

Weight loss over two years. I was 190 ish on the left pic now I’m 181. I started at 255 which is the right pic. This is along with working out and dieting/fasting.
