Lost 10 lbs. 1.5 months into IF 16:8! Things I’ve learned thus far:


As a caveat, I’m 5’4”F, SW 172(ish)lbs and CW 162lbs.Ahhh this is the first time I’ve sustainably lost this much weight! My legs feel and look slimmer, and my tummy shows it too :) To be perfectly honest, there were days I didn’t adhere perfectly to the 16:8 rule, but somehow Im still seeing decent results!I also ate out 2 times a week on average, so I think it helps to understand that you can still eat the things you enjoy without restricting your nutritional intake too much! Just monitoring CICO is sufficient enough to see results, but don’t neglect your veggies either haha. Also, avocado and eggs keep you super full for longer periods of time—these are my go to foods! Beans as well!This community is so awesome, I’m consistently inspired by everyone to keep going forward.
