What is the health effect of deep frying and then air frying? https://ift.tt/Q1a5zUv

I know air frying cuts down the fat, but often prepackaged foods (french fries from the grocery store for example) are partially fried, and then when you air fry them, it's healthier than if you were to deep fry them.

Does anyone know what the effect of say, deep frying your own chicken tenders to get a nice crisp coating, then air frying them to finish cooking, would effect the nutrition profile (fat content)?

I imagine it might be like mixing a regular coke with a diet coke; not quite diet nor the full fledged thing and I may like that every once in a while instead of eating out.
