First month of weight loss complete!


SW 243 CW 230 TW 182.Is 13lbs of weightloss good in one month? I feel I could've done better because I had a couple of cheat days include one VERY bad one about 2 weeks in. I've been doing OMAD/23:1 and for the most part I dont get hungry until the evening unless I have a carb heavy meal the day before.
