As per my height, I'm 20kg overweight and the main source of this is the junk food. I stopped eating unhealthy food since 1½ years ago, but sometimes I feel like eating junk food and I feel bad (mentally and physically). Also, I'd like to start a workout schedule to heat fat and I'm aiming to weigh 80kg (I'm 6ft 1' tall), but I'm pretty ashamed to start working out because my family would see me and somehow it's embarrassing for me haha but I can handle it, I just would like to know effective ways to start working out and prioritize it (because I am usually either studying or just lying down on my bed with no energy nor will to work out) Thank y'all<3
