Eating homemade fries: a good carb source? https://ift.tt/RMIX9Va
Hi,
I did a quick google search on this topic and I have found many posts related to this on this sub. However, I wanted to post about what I do and maybe if someone is looking to eat fries often, they could do it in a healthier way,
Please read how I make them and comment if you think they are healthy enough to be a daily staple for a carb source. From my estimates, it shouldn't be more than 300 calories.

I take 2 russet potatoes and peal the skin. I cut them into fries. I use coconut oil (1 tsp max.) to coat the baking pan. Then they go into an oven at 425 degrees for about 18 minutes. I take them out, sprinkle salt and eat them.
