For almost a week now I've decided I've wanted to start eating better and exercise more as I just turned 18. My diet almost everyday day has been about 4 pieces of grilled chicken tenders, small can of baked beans, a can of mixed veggies for dinner and throughout the day I eat around 200-300 calories worth of fruit, while drinking water& 1 protein shake. I jog about 30 minutes a day & do a little bit of weight lifting.

It's this a good diet to continue? If not can anyone offer me some advice or even meals to try? also all my food shopping is done at Walmart
