I am 5'4 175lbs. I do about 5-10 hours of physical labor (massage therapist) and 40 hours at my day job which is usually sitting down waiting for customers. I want to weigh about 155-160. I currently eat between 1000-1500 a day; 1500 at most and after that is forcing myself to eat since I'm usually not that hungry. What diet and caloric intake qould you recommend to lose thw weight with and without exercise?
