Been 16:8 for 3 weeks and I wanted to hear from other people that occasionally feel mental agony, and stress, when they try to commit to this diet. l’m determined to handle these mental bogs while I adjust to the diet, and not cave into soothing myself with food. I’d like to hear from others.
