I did it!! First milestone reached. I broke 230!


I had my Saturday weigh-in this morning and to my surprise I was under 230. Feeling elated. Not long ago I plateaued for 2-3 weeks. I started examining what I was doing. I do keto which really helps with my IF. My macros and electrolytes were fine. Then, I switched to OMAD to try to change things up. It was hard for me to eat 1200 calories in an hour, so I switched to 20:4. Now, I’ve added ADF to the mix. That’s what has really got the scale moving again! It has me very happy and look forward to my next goal: 199 lbs. I hope to do that by the end of the summer. My ultimate goal is 130-140 lbs.
