My belt made me a little happy today, I barely used to be able to get it on. The basically deflated belly fat kinda upsets me, looks horrid.. though beats the alternative though and it’ll go with time.

F/22/5’4” [37kg > 43 kg = 6 kg] (6 months) I’m done destroying my physical health for a peace of mind that I’ll never get. I know I’m still underweight but I’ve had an ED for 11 years and I’m focusing more on harm reduction than full recovery. For me, this is an acceptable outcome.

I stopped losing weight after ADF and I don’t know why

M/20/5'10'' [130 > 155] First photo was from almost exactly a year ago, I was 19 and wanted to gain some muscle mass. I'm nowhere near my ideal body goal but definitely feel like I've made some progress. I'm open to any tips and advice on where I can improve
