Best foods to break a fast (vegetarian)


I am very new to this and i’m just wondering what foods are best to break a fast! I am starting 16:8 and plan on having 2 meals a day in this time but have no idea what to have for my first meal. I am vegetarian and try to eat mostly dairy free (but not completely opposed to dairy products) but do eat eggs.
