Those of you that have struggled with adhd or impulse eating has IF helped you control that?


I’m really struggling with impulse eating and food noise. I also really struggle to keep in a caloric deficit as I struggle to eat actual meals but my snacking is what messes me up everytime. I know people will say just stop but adhd makes that quite difficult to do and I’ve failed many times. I’ve never properly done IF but I was just curious to know if this has been helpful for you?
