How did you kick your sweet habits?


FOOD RELATED POST. Just as the title suggests I'm wondering how you have kicked your sweets habits? My guilty pleasure is chocolate. Since starting IF I've been decreasing my sweets without a doubt but still can't quite kick chocolate out.
