How do you stop thinking about food when you are bored in the morning?


So I (18M) tried IF and loved it, but anyone else struggle to take their mind off food when you wake up early or have nothing to do? I'm kinda new to this but I think 16:8 fasting from like 1pm-9pm is ideal for me.
