Having a brain fart. Do you catch up on your calories?


For people who fast, especially extended fast, do you try to catch up on the calories that you miss on the days you don't eat? If so, how do you keep track of what you missed? Edit: Thanks for the responses. For reference, I'm currently doing 18/6 and the most overrated done is OMAD.
