Help with starting


Hi friends!Female currently 190 lbs, goal weight around 160, am a year and a half postpartum. I am looking to start IF for weight loss but I currently struggle with feeling anxious/irritable if I go a few hours without eating during the day, so I’m wondering how you extended fasters deal with these symptoms? I am a stay at home mom to two toddlers, so I would like to be as emotionally stable as possible LOL.Thank you kindly!
