Fell off, tips and advice to get back onto my fasting


I was fasting for 16-18 hours for the past few months, with only 3 days of strength training, and around 6k-7k steps (lost 5kgs). For the past 6 weeks, I upped my training to 5-6 days a week and 10k steps a day and I just couldn't stick to my fast, I'm ravenous. I would get to about 10am and couldn't go any further, sometimes, I'd break it with a skim flat white (made at home) to just get me by but it's technically not fasting right?! and once I have done that it's a free-for-all😢The scale has stopped moving.Any tips and advice to get back on my fasting whilst keeping to my gym routine and steps up?
