Fasting & Medicine

Hi I have a question for those who are are also prescribed medication For example what do you do for those certain medications you need to take not on an empty stomach what do you do if you need to take them and its during your fasting period. For example I take med for blood pressure and depression/anxiety. & The label say to not take w/ an empty stomach. I normally take my meds and 7:30 am & others at 12. I'm trying to do fasting from 11am to 7pm .
