Started about a week ago

I'm (F,31) doing a 16:8 window in hopes to lose weight (5'6 and 160lbs), but also to see if it will help my inflammation levels. I have RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) and I'm curious to hear if anyone else does this and has seen a decrease in inflamation markers in your blood work?
