Day 3 of 14 of my 20:4 challenge!


Hey guys! I’ve finished my day 2 of my 2 week 20:4 challenge! It went ok today but I felt kinda tired during the day and pulled through. I broke my fast around 10:30 ish am, and unfortunately I didn’t eat too healthy as I hadn’t meal prepped for today the day prior which was a huge mistake! Anyways I’m onto DAY 3 of my challenge. I will be breaking my fast at 9:22 am to complete 20 hours fasting. I’m meal prepping tonight! Wish me luck! 🍀 (Background: I’m a 30F, 179 lbs F doing a 2 week 20:4 challenge! The purpose of the 2 weeks is to keep goals short for an easy follow through! I will repeat the challenges until I reach my goal weight of 140 lbs!
