Entering day 5 of 14 of my 2 week 20:4 journey


Okay guys so i did horrible today. 😭. I didn’t stick to my fasting plan. People at work at some super good catering and I lost it. And now the feeling of regret is so much worse than anything else. I’m going to pick myself up again and make sure I absolutely kill the next 8 days. Ugh. I hate how I had no control today. But going ahead this feeling of regret will stick with me and I’ll be sure to not break it. Anyways, I am breaking my fast at 2:43 pm EST tomorrow. Please wish me luck and give me any tips 🙏(Background: I’m a 30F, 179 lbs F doing a 2 week 20:4 challenge! The purpose of the 2 weeks is to keep goals short for an easy follow through! I will repeat the challenges until I reach my goal weight of 140 lbs!
