Help me stay on track after a cold!

I got sick with a cold recently - the whole package: runny nose-cough-fatigue, etc. without the fever) and the last 4-5 days I've been craving (and giving in to...) carbs and fat quite inconsistently during the day. I feel better now and want to stay on track, but it's really, really cold where I am and winter on top of getting sick doesn't make it easy. Due to the carbs and fat I also have a reflux flare-up. 😩 Fellow IFs, please help me stay motivated and disciplined, and hit my weekly goal of 1 pound loss/week...plus overcome this horrible reflux flare-up...! via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/RWEFkJp https://ift.tt/BEgAsNI
