Is this enough food for a 30yr old Male on 16:8 fast routine?

Hi guys, 30yr (M) and I do 16:8 fasting. I stop eating at 20:00 and start eating at midday next day. A normal day of eating consists of - x2 black coffees - no sugar sip water throughout day sometimes have a sugar-free powerade as well. x1 banana (I like them slightly green) x1 greek yogurt pouch x1 handful of pumpkin seeds Chicken and cheese on a wrap (or white bread from a local bakery). A big dinner, typically steak and eggs, grilled chicken breast and roasted sweet potato and rice or a Spaghetti Bolognaise homemade. I only buy my meats from a local butchers, I never eat frozen food. The bread I buy is from a proper bakery with no preservatives in it. My job is a mix of being on my feet and doing paperwork. I never get headaches and rarely get a cold or flu. Always feel stable energy levels. I am not as physically strong as other guys My age but I have good endurance. My weight sits around 72kg and I am 5ft 7in tall.
