Need help and support.


Last year I got into intermittent fasting and it went really well. I'm heavy set, but lost about 50lbs in 6-7 month before hitting a wall and even had a successful 56 hour fast. Few months later I changed jobs. I was in a set schedule and in a position where there were less fast food options. Essentially, I worked nights and could do small wind fasting or OMAD. Now my schedule is different and I work different hours daily or weekly to where there's low consistency to plan around. I've gained all the weight back and am just finding it hard to get momentum to get back into a routine. Plus there are more fast food options that happen to be convenient when my day is to busy. (The main reason I'm finding it hard to get a routine is because my days can be a 5am-2pm shift then have a 1pm-10pm or others. Therefore the time I eat is constantly changing because I have to start/end my day at different times (I work retail)).
