Onto day 4 of 14 of my 2 week 20:4 journey!

Hey guys! So I finished my 3rd day of my 2 week 20:4 journey! Meal prepping definitely helped a lot. For exercise today I did Pilates! One thing that need to do to is to turn to remind myself to keep drinking water more often haha. Now onto day 4 💪💪💪 thank you all for supporting me on this journey!! I will break my fast 10:06 am EST 😄(Background: I’m a 30F, 179 lbs F doing a 2 week 20:4 challenge! The purpose of the 2 weeks is to keep goals short for an easy follow through!
