No loss after 3 weeks ~22hr+ IF

20F, 318lbs, 5'9I've been doing IF (technically OMAD) since February began. Every day I've done over 20 hours, with 11 of those days reaching 24hrs. My go to meal has been fried rice and orange chicken bowl or the plate with half black pepper steak, half orange or sometimes teriyaki chicken from Panda Express. After seeing no scale movement the first couple of days, I realized the orange chicken has way too many calories even though I'm still under 1700 cals a day. So, I switched to getting six carne asada street tacos and chips and guacamole from Del Taco (1,075 cals) & also some flying Dutchman’s whole grilled onion wrapped from in n out. I know the fast food may be bad but I hate cooking and I'm not really good at counting calories without the guide that fast food has (nutrition info I mean). I drink zero sugar soda and lemonade but mostly water (around 60oz a day). Anyway, I still haven't saw a change, even in the way my clothes fit/energy. Is it because it's too much processed food/salt? Should I be drinking more water? Should I focus on getting more protein in for my size (chat gpt recommended)? Should I incorporate exercise? I know that's an obvious yes but could that really be the reason I haven't saw any progress? I don't know what to do. I've tried multiple diets since age 12 and I want to actually stick with this one and make it a lifestyle, but I can't lie like seeing no change isn't discouraging me.. any advice would be greatly appreciated!! via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/JdAB395 https://ift.tt/192sBEU
