Are you getting enough protein?

Hi yall! I have been IF for a while now but started actually counting my calories recently. I’ve been feeling great but according to my numbers I’m always low on protein. It’s always about 30-40 grams of it. How do yall make sure you’re eating enough protein without going above your calorie intake. I’m trying to focus on whole foods so I eat quite a bit of animal products.
