22/F/5’9” [248lbs -> 180lbs = 68lbs lost] January 2019 to November 2019. Hit a plateau as of recent. Despite the slow progression, I’m taking a moment to admire my current achievement and welcome new muscle definition thanks to increased daily exercise.
