Appetite loss


Hello all! I’m fairly new to the IF family. I’m on week 2. I am currently doing 18:6. Ive always had a pretty bad relationship with food, so this has been great. It’s surprisingly been very easy for me to do this. However, when it comes to my eating window I stall. When I start eating I start small and even then I just can’t get myself to eat more than a few bites. I get full very fast and I have to force myself to finish my food and then I feel nauseous.
