Gym time!


I've been doing IF over a year now(M32, sw 307, cw 250, gw 200) just got a gym membership and it's been years since I've done any sort of gym work. I have access to various machines, treadmill, bikes ect. I'm seeking recommendations on workout programs specifically for fat burning but building muscle is great too! What's your best advice for getting to the gym and getting in a routine (6am start time)? Bonus points for apps for guidance and tracking especially if they work with garmin fenix watches.
