Makes a difference

I lost all the weight I wanted and was actually losing too much. I decided to stop fasting and counting calories because usually I don’t gain weight easily, but three weeks later I’m back at my starting weight. This is so demoralizing. Anyway, all that to say this does work, but it’s going to need to be a permanent change.
