There is no magic in intermittent fasting (influencers and science)

I just got back into fasting after 6 months, i was always on and off, now i will agree that you still need to have a caloric deficency to lose weight.I started to watch some youtube video on those so called top influcers, peter attia, Dr Rhonda Mitchel, and a few others and i was chocked that after pushing fasting for so many years they are now saying its not magic and its better to calory restrict then do intermittent fasting.I started fasting again 2 weeks ago due to colon pain and stomach pain, and bloating, now all those are gone, yes i still have some stomach fat to lose but working on this.I already have less sugar cravings and less appetite, and am wondering what those influencers smoked or science to come up with reason to stop fasting.If fasting is not magic i wonder what it is, also planning maybe a monk or 48h fast to get this stupid mid section fat off. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/eBAG2Qh https://ift.tt/i6ZFa9J
