IF has changed my life, 45kg difference and I finally feel confident enough to take pictures with the light on. Still a long way to go for me personally. it’s amazing what the human body can accomplish when treated right!

Just finished a 24 hour fast and stopped smoking also. I F is truely powerful self control 😜

F/19/5’4 [190>153=37] (3 years on/off) From insecure to oblivion and hiding my body to confident in my own skin and taking care of my body :)

Probably not the typical post you’d expect in this group but IF has done wonders for my skin. I never thought I’d see a light at the end of the tunnel but I’m down 12 pounds and my skin has cleared up immensely (with help from cleaning up my diet as well). This is May-today..... Thank you IF!

F/18/5'5 [149 lbs - 129 lbs = 20 lbs] Finally in the 120's!

F/22/5'6" [152 > 136 = 16 lbs] A 5 year progress where I went from eating a cookie and a bowl of fruit every day trying to lose weight to knowing what my body needs to thrive. Still have some ways to go but a reminder to myself that not all progress is determined by weight loss!

Going from 198 pounds to 147 in 6 months definitely changed my look :3 18:6 for 4 months 20:4 for 2 months and a tough workout helped me.

May to Sept. Not sure of weights, just doing my thing until I get to where I'm happy. 16-8 and LOTS of walking!

F/28/5’3 [220 > 196lbs = 23.4lbs] another 11lbs since my last post! Started in the beginning of July feeling awful - now I’m lifting heavy and climbing 60 flights of stairs 4x weekly and feeling fantastic.

35 lbs down and still going! 41 years old and in the best shape of my life! Started with CrossFit and stepped up my diet beginning with 16:8 then eventually doing OMAD Keto with a cheat meal about once a week. Change is good!

1year apart, 50 pounds down. IF, Vegan, GF, OMAD. SW 270ish, CW 224, GW 150. I got home from yoga the other night and realized, for the first time, how much progress I have made.
