Are the pizzas at Blaze Pizza fairly healthy as long as you don't order stuff like bacon or sausages? It's got that Subway or Chipotle feel to their toppings so everything looks freshly cut and real. https://ift.tt/eA8V8J

I finished my weight loss journey :D took me 5 months but it was so worth it (SW: 202, CW: 150)

Face “gains” this is a true feeling of success. I’m fasting 16/8 basically I don’t eat till noon and not after dinner. Lots of raw veggies and water protein each time I eat. W/o is recumbent bike and stretching. Gonna have to add to my work out soon any suggestions??

Not hungry during extended fasts

I bought these jeans as part of a “reward” outfit for falling into another weight bracket a few months ago and they were pretty tight when I first got them. I put them on again today and almost cried after seeing how baggy they’d gotten! Looks like it’s almost time for a new reward outfit!☺️

M/42/6’1” [210lbs - 170lbs = 40lbs] 11 months. Diet, exercise & resistance training. Believe in yourselves!

M/29/6'1" [320lbs > 177 lbs = 143lbs] (1 year) Cycling gave me back my life. Only the glasses remain the same.

F/36/5’6” [335lbs > 169lbs][14 months] A few pounds away from being exactly half of what I was when I started. Surreal feeling. So close to goal I can taste it. Feeling fitter and stronger than ever 💪🏼 Consistency is key. Hard work pays off!

Am I crazy is there a change? Left is about three weeks to a month ago, right is yesterday. Been doing intermittent fasting plus calorie counting, and have been doing a bit of cheating on the weekends but still continuing to fast.

F/25/5’7” [270->192lbs = 78lbs down] Finally got a really good outfit comparison photo

Storing my too small clothes out of sight for a few months. Started seriously IF this week and already have dropped a few lbs and can feel the bloat going away. Decided to keep my clutter from my closet out of sight and revisit them in a few months and then will get rid of things I don't like.

Weight loss from IF this year. Next goal is 177lbs!

F/31/5’5” [235 > 190] = 45lbs (4 months) scary to post, but so dang proud of my progress so far; halfway to my goal!

F/18/5’4” [215lbs>190lbs=25lbs] (20 months) Every time I see pictures of myself from before I lost weight, I convince myself I look the same but maybe not.

Just a little check in. Still fasting but eating in a 10 percent surplus because Was in an aggressive deficit for 6 months and even though I had a lot of success my body told me I needed more food. So I bumped up to 3000 calories daily and 1 gram protein per 1 pound. The gains are crazy lol

M/32/6’1 [448lbs >283.1lbs =164.9lbs] about 2 years. CICO / Daily walking / Light weight usage. Found my old phone with a back picture.

M/37/6'3" [550+lbs > 350lbs = 200 lbs lost] (6 years) Finally hit the next 50 lb goal after almost 2 years of struggle. Face gainz to celebrate!

F/20/5’7 [93>82= -11 kg] jan’21 to today. Some days i feel slim and cut and others i still feel fat and flabby. Gonna be hitting the gym more and toning up. To be honest wouldnt mind seeing the 70s again, But im happy :)
