For weight loss, opinions on 16 hours, then bulletproof coffee, then 2 more hours to first meal.

M/31/5'8" [245 > 175 = 70 lbs] (6 months) Loose skin and body dysmorphia but hoping to look good by beach season.

Those of you that have struggled with adhd or impulse eating has IF helped you control that?

M/19/5‘10 [123kg -> 82kg = 41kg lost] 2 year difference. Just recently started to go to the gym

6’2 250. Was in tiptop shape but let my foot off the pedal, embarking on my journey back to being in shape through the help of IT fasting . Wish me luck , will update monthly

F/32/5'2" [205lbs > 136lbs = 69lbs] (little over a year apart) :] This is the smallest I have ever been! Hoping to get down to 120 by summer! I definitely lost my booty, but it's all good! I feel very confident and excited to see how much more I can go. Yay me :)

M/36/6'0" [293 lb > 200 lb > 233 lb] Got fat eating everything in sight! Lost most of the fat counting 1800 calories and 10k steps daily. Started eating 200+ grams of protein and lifting 3-4 times every week to put on 30 lbs of muscle over 5+ years of lifting. Still trying to cut the last bit of fat

Down 25 lbs since 9 January, but it’s difficult to maintain the fast. What thoughts do you guys use to continue through harder times?
