Hi all,
Looking to start eating healthier. I workout in the morning for about 45 to an hour and I'm looking for some good protein shake/smoothie ideas for after my workout that I can drink at work to keep me full until lunch (about 6 hours). I had been doing a smoothie that consisted of: OJ, frozen strawberries/pineapples/mangoes, Greek yogurt, and strawberry protein powder. But I know that OJ has a ton of sugar in it so I wanted to switch it up.
My new plan is: 1% milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen strawberries and blueberries, and the Greek yogurt. This way there's a lot less sugar in it.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!
